Question: A boundary fence is designed so that players can walk through the fence by using a moveable gate in the fence. A closed but unlocked gate in the boundary fence interferes with the players’ swing. What is the ruling?

Answer: You can open the gate to play the shot as the gate is deemed to be a moveable obstruction.
