Question: In Four-Ball match play not during a search, a player by mistake lifted an opponent’s ball in a penalty area without authority. What is the ruling?

Answer: The player gets a one stroke penalty but there is no penalty to the partner. Rule 9.5b and Rule 23.9a(1). 

Week #21 Question: 

'A boundary fence is designed so that players can walk through the fence by using a moveable gate in the fence. A closed but unlocked gate in the boundary fence interferes with the players’ swing. What is the ruling?'
