ANSWER: The ball is on an elevated part of an immovable obstruction in a bunker and free relief is available under Rule 16.1c(1) in the bunker or under Rule 16.1c(2) for one penalty stroke outside the bunker.

Week #7 question: 

'A player takes relief for a ball embedded in its own pitch mark in the general area. Can they repair the indentation caused before dropping the ball?'
